I’m not a constitutional scholar, but I find Dahlia Lithwick’s writing to be brilliant. Her latest piece is definitely one of her best.
And I succeeded in getting the music back on my iPod, so after several hours of strenuous work, I’m back to where I was yesterday. Apple has something to answer for. (And this is coming from someone who did a digital exhibit on the history of the Macintosh– not exactly a flaming Windows partisan.)
It also turns out that downloaded music can’t be read by Classic iTunes– older versions don’t recognize Apple’s proprietary format. So they get to live on my computer, undisturbed, until I solve the iT4-iPod interface issue.
