So we’ve survived Christmas Eve with two excitable children. We’re taking them over to Heather’s parents’ house in the morning, and have already transferred almost all the presents over there– an operation that rivaled the moon landing in its logistical complexity, if not its technological complexity.
I’ve enjoyed this year’s holiday season. It’s going to be a pain going back to work: I’m going to have a very hectic January and February, thanks to some NSF deadlines and Institute projects we’ve got lined up. So it’s good to get a break.
