Shoshana Zuboff has a short piece in Fast Company on “organization narcissism” and its role in recent corporate scandals. One of those “you can have fruitful disagreements with it” essays.
It also raises an interesting question: how many women (besides Martha Stewart) are part of these scandals? My sense is that they’re underrepresented even more woefully than they are at the C level of major companies.
